Trompe L'Oeil Decorative Painting Studios was commissioned by the City of Cambridge to design and paint this 500' long x 30' high architectural mural to replicate the homes and gardens of a historic street in Porter Square. We integrated the architectural features of the existing wall with a series of chimneys and windows into the illusion, and included portraits of neighbors to add a sense of life and interest.
This mural is a local landmark and a symbol of neighborhood pride.
